Liposuction is not even recommended as the last resort to treat obesity. That is the hard truth.
The maximum amount of fat that can be removed is around 8 to 10 pounds safety . There is no quick fix for this problem, I'm afraid.

If you are overweight and obese, it is better to start changing your lifestyle first by limiting your calorie intakes, doing regular exercises, and even fasting regularly to let your body uses your fat stored as energy source. Later once you achieve a consistent body weight and want to consider this fat reduction procedure, then it's okay because technically liposuction is suitable as a body contouring , not as a mere tool.
